Ski Instructor Course

SLAP ski instructor training equips you with the skiing and teaching skills to become a ski instructor.
In just 3 weeks, you will improve your skiing to instructor level, enjoy a fun, overseas holiday, learn a second language and take the next step to being paid for doing what you love!
The Austrian Level 1 ski instructor certification is a comprehensive and rigorous course equivalent to the Australian Professional Snowsports Instructors (APSI) Level 1. With this certification you can teach skiing to both adults and children from beginner to intermediate.
Three weeks of training ... and fun
The SLAP programme, refined over 20 years, includes three weeks daily on-snow training that will improve your skiing to instructor level. You will be taught the theory and application of ski teaching and become skilled at snow and mountain craft and equipment preparation. You’ll also be immersed in Austrian culture and learn German language skills.
Plus Austria is a lot of fun and a ski experience unlike any other country! Candidates still find time in between training to enjoy the unique Austrian alpine culture.
Snow sports opportunities
