SLAP programme

The SLAP programme is a comprehensive 3 week instructor training course.

SLAP prepares you with the skiing and language skills required for the Austrian Level 1 ski instructors certification:

Improve your skiing to instructor level with daily on snow training
Learn the theory and application of ski teaching through hands-on workshops
Become skilled at snow and mountain craft and equipment preparation
Immerse yourself in Austrian culture and learn

WHEN January 10 - 31, 2009

WHERE The course takes place in Alpbach in the Tirol region of Austria.

The SLAP programme is a fully inclusive 3 week package:

Share accommodation with ensuite
Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Training fees
Daily lift passes
5 hours daily on snow ski training
Video analysis
Ski teaching and methodology technical presentations in English
Austrian Ski Instructors Federation accreditation fees
German language lessons

All transfers during course

SLAP programme costs do not include mandatory medical coverage, travel insurance, personal expenses such as ski clothing and equipment, additional nights accommodation before or after the SLAP programme, transfers from other European or Australian cities.
